I’m the hands behind Crispy Rolls. Cooking has always been the thing I really cared about & it keeps me close to home, to my culture and to the people I share a meal with.
I learnt myself Vietnamese cooking from the ground up: baking our baguettes fresh each morning, building flavours that lean on the Northern Hanoi-style food I grew up around. Nothing fancy. Everything made properly.
What I want from Crispy Rolls is simple food that feels good to eat and is worth coming back for. Light, fresh and balanced, without ever giving up on flavour.
